    1. Organizational Commitment: Continuously Enhancing Cohesion and Belonging

Drawing upon the theory of Cheng (2009), job satisfaction represents an employee's overall psychological, physiological, and environmental perception of their work, reflecting their subjective experience within the work context. Yu (1997) further elaborated that satisfaction derived from the work itself stems from the congruence between the employee's perception of job content, career planning, and organizational systems. This complex interplay fosters organizational commitment, which evolves into a unique cultural identity and sense of belonging.

Our employee satisfaction surveys conducted over three consecutive years demonstrate a consistently high level of organizational commitment, with average scores stably maintained around 3.90, indicating an ideal state. Employee identification with the hospital's vision, "Advancing Excellence, Achieving Global Recognition", remains steadfast, with average scores consistently around 3.91. This numerical consistency signifies a deep-seated cultural alignment. Each employee functions not merely as a worker but as a guardian and driver of the hospital's mission, finding profound meaning in their daily contributions.

Particularly noteworthy is the widespread sentiment among employees that "their work holds personal significance." When discussing the hospital, they express pride in being integral members of the institution. This sense of pride and belonging transcends conventional employment relationships, cultivating an almost familial organizational identity. Employees do not just complete tasks; they collaboratively shape the hospital's developmental narrative.

This stable and profound organizational commitment provides us with a significant advantage in talent retention and team cohesion. The trust employees place in the hospital acts as an intangible adhesive, uniting staff from diverse backgrounds and specialties. They share common aspirations, confront challenges together, and collectively drive the hospital's continuous advancement.

This commitment is not merely an endorsement of the hospital's vision but an active embodiment of the noble ideals of the medical profession. Every employee understands they are not only professionals but also inheritors of humanistic medical ideals. Through their expertise, passion, and dedication, they collectively weave a narrative of sustained growth and excellence.
