KSVGH established Chungder Ward and Hospice Palliative Care Team, aiming at QC indicators, such as “Cancer patient’s death in hospital or signing DNR ratio for case subject dying at home” and “Coverage ratio of cancer hospice (outpatient and home hospice)” to formulate service threshold value through team meeting for monthly regular review, analysis and improvement.
