Medical Services
The Emergency Department comprises the Emergency Medicine Division and the Trauma Care Division, both dedicated to providing urgent medical care for patients experiencing acute illnesses and distress. Our primary focus is the rapid identification of life-threatening conditions, prompt execution of stabilizing procedures, and comprehensive assessment to establish a definitive diagnosis.
To ensure specialized emergency care, we have dedicated examination rooms and facilities for otorhinolaryngology (ENT), ophthalmology, and dentistry, allowing specialists to provide immediate treatment for related conditions. Additionally, the Emergency Department is equipped with in-house diagnostic laboratories, X-ray imaging, endoscopic ultrasound, and a spiral CT scanner, enabling rapid and accurate diagnostics.
With a 24/7 emergency service model, we are committed to delivering timely and high-quality medical care to patients across Southern Taiwan.
Training Program
The progress of any department relies on the expertise of its personnel, and the recruitment of talented professionals is largely influenced by the quality of its training program. To foster continuous learning and professional growth, our department integrates clinical education into daily operations.
In addition to regular day, evening, and night shifts, a designated medical and trauma consultant conducts weekly clinical teaching sessions to enhance the knowledge and skills of our team. Moreover, at the end of each month, we hold a Pitfall Conference, where medical cases are reviewed in depth to improve patient care and share valuable clinical experiences with other medical centers.
