Automatic Medication Packaging Machine:Our highly automated medication dispensing system automatically packages medications for each patient based on doctors' prescriptions, greatly enhancing accuracy and efficiency. At its core, the automatic dispensing machine consists of multiple medication storage modules, capable of storing hundreds of commonly used drugs.
Enclosed within the dispensing machine are intricate mechanisms for precise medication measurement and packaging. It facilitates the automatic retrieval of the required dosage and package it into single-dose bags labeled with barcodes.
The automatic output machine collects and organizes these bags, scanning the barcode of each bag for verification before categorizing them into output boxes, ready to be dispensed for patient use.
The operation process of the system is as follows: After a doctor prescribes medication, the prescription information is entered into the control system by the operator. The system then instructs the dispensing machine to prepare the required medications based on the prescription, and the output machine performs final inspection, classification, and storage. The entire process does not require manual intervention in medication packaging, ensuring the accuracy of each medication distribution.
